Collection of the bike, communications and money transfer were all seamless. Exceptional. If only everyone was like this in business. Ryan was responsible, polite, incredibly competitive and professional. Even when there was some minor damage discovered on delivery he went above and beyond to resolve the matter. A great firm. Love Moto-Mafia.

Had amazing service recently from Ryan, at Moto Mafia. He is very knowledgeable and welcomed me up a couple of times to view a Ducati Panigale 959. Allowed me as much time as I needed to look over, walk round, sit on and start the bike. He also provided all the service details and MOT history. This is a high quality bike which made me realise you only live once and I won’t be riding bikes forever, so pulled the trigger on it. I could not be happier with the bike itself and especially the service and effort Ryan went to, he literally went the extra mile for me to ensure a quick easy purchase. I would much rather purchase from a local dealer who sources only the best quality bikes and ensures their 5⭐️ condition before selling them than a major dealership who literally just churn bikes with no thought as to condition. If/when I decide to change bikes again Moto Mafia will be my first port of call 🏍️🤍

Over and above expectations for communications. Pleasant to deal with and have tried to be accommodating with expectations and demands. Bike was transported and sold from an online viewing only . no problems with transport.

Ryan was excellent, very friendly and helpful. He was also someone who actually rides and likes bikes rather than just a Salesman. Throughout the process he was very accommodating with giving me a time to view the bike at a time that worked for me. He was also very quick to respond and reachable when I had questions. Then finally I wasn't available to pick up the bike for nearly a week due to work. But Ryan kindly arranged delivery so I could get it much sooner. If I was ever in the market for an upgrade I would got back to Moto Mafia again. Although I can't see that anytime soon as the R1 I got was stunning. I have already covered alot of miles and I am not disappointed. Great service, great bloke and a great bike. What more can you want. Thanks again Ryan.

I sold my bike to Ryan at Moto Mafia! He was so easy to deal with we discussed the bike I sent pictures and he gave me a fair price for the bike. He accommodated my busy lifestyle for collection. Turned up at the day and time he specified and then paid the money bank transfer for my BMW S1000R. We had a nice chat about bikes for a good hour and then he went on his way. We kept in touch for a few weeks as I told him I was buying the new Honda Hornet SP and he was interested to see how I got on and how my experience was.

Ryan and Megan at Moto Mafia are exactly what buying a motorcycle should be like! They both have pure passion for motorcycles and it comes across when speaking to them both. From picking up the phone and speaking with Ryan to having the bike delivered and receiving the hand over from Ryan and Megan was an experience that I have never seen before and I have bought many bikes from a number of major dealers. Megan even phoned a week later after the sale to ask how I was getting on with my new Ducati 996! They picked up during our conversation that I was planning a visit to Bologna on the bike in Italy. A week after the sale I received a voucher through the post for an entrance to the Ducati factory!! I don’t even think Ducati themselves would do something like this! Thank you so much Ryan and Megan
