I bought a Yamaha FJR 1300 from Moto Mafia. The bike was described as immaculate so I went to check it out, the bike was indeed as described (stunning) to be fair the photos didn’t do it justice, and I felt it was very well priced so I didn’t hesitate and bought the bike there and then, Ryan was very welcoming and flexible with visit times and delivery and he done it all around my work schedule, what a great experience from start to finish and I would recommend Moto Mafia to anyone … can’t stop grinning, thanks Ryan

Good Communication and a pleasure to deal with
Ryan at Moto Mafia, was a pleasure to deal with. As this was a distance sale he kindly sent some additional videos of the bike which was helpful. He arrange a courier to transport the bike some 360 miles at a reasonable price. The bike was delivered promptly by a friendly and polite courier and was as described. Ryan phoned the next day to check everything was to my satisfaction which was a nice touch.

Excellent Service
I decided to reduce my motorcycle collection due to lack of use but didn't want the hastle of selling privately. Therefore, I reached out to Ryan to prepare and sell my Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 factory on my behalf.
Ryan made the entire process an extremely straight forward and positive experience.
From collection to the end sale, Ryan was extremely professional and kept me up to date at each stage.
I would 100% reach out to the Moto Mafia team next time I'm either selling or buying another motorcycle and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

At 19.30 on Friday evening received an articulate and friendly message in relation to a motorcycle I currently have for sale, This was from Ryan at Moto Mafia.
A brief conversation followed on Saturday by an instant deposit.
On Sunday morning at 10.45 Moto Mafia’s courier whom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful arrived on time, viewed the bike, spoke directly to Ryan who made funds available “deal done”.
I have sold many bike in the past with 55years of motorcycling and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasurable experiences in doing so.

Collection of the bike, communications and money transfer were all seamless. I’d recommend giving Moto Mafia a go if you’re looking to sell your bike, but really can’t be bothered with the hassle of doing it yourself!

Even put on a fresh set of brake pads and full MOT prior to picking up.

Had amazing service recently from Ryan, at Moto Mafia. He is very knowledgeable and welcomed me up a couple of times to view a Ducati Panigale 959. Allowed me as much time as I needed to look over, walk round, sit on and start the bike. He also provided all the service details and MOT history. This is a high quality bike which made me realise you only live once and I won’t be riding bikes forever, so pulled the trigger on it. I could not be happier with the bike itself and especially the service and effort Ryan went to, he literally went the extra mile for me to ensure a quick easy purchase. I would much rather purchase from a local dealer who sources only the best quality bikes and ensures their 5⭐️ condition before selling them than a major dealership who literally just churn bikes with no thought as to condition. If/when I decide to change bikes again Moto Mafia will be my first port of call 🏍️🤍

Over and above expectations for communications. Pleasant to deal with and have tried to be accommodating with expectations and demands. Bike was transported and sold from an online viewing only . no problems with transport.

Ryan was excellent, very friendly and helpful. He was also someone who actually rides and likes bikes rather than just a Salesman. Throughout the process he was very accommodating with giving me a time to view the bike at a time that worked for me. He was also very quick to respond and reachable when I had questions. Then finally I wasn't available to pick up the bike for nearly a week due to work. But Ryan kindly arranged delivery so I could get it much sooner. If I was ever in the market for an upgrade I would got back to Moto Mafia again. Although I can't see that anytime soon as the R1 I got was stunning. I have already covered alot of miles and I am not disappointed. Great service, great bloke and a great bike. What more can you want. Thanks again Ryan.

I sold my bike to Ryan at Moto Mafia! He was so easy to deal with we discussed the bike I sent pictures and he gave me a fair price for the bike. He accommodated my busy lifestyle for collection. Turned up at the day and time he specified and then paid the money bank transfer for my BMW S1000R. We had a nice chat about bikes for a good hour and then he went on his way. We kept in touch for a few weeks as I told him I was buying the new Honda Hornet SP and he was interested to see how I got on and how my experience was.
